Inspiration Thursdays: Fit Winter

I need to get fit this winter, I've already made a start, running my first 5k in about 7 years last weekend, but my body is in serious need of some TLC, years of battling a binge eating disorder have left me with terrible cravings and awful habits, and I often find that the only thing that makes me feel better, is a little exercise!

I know it's hard to get motivated in the winter, and I always say I'm going to start some new regime, but this time I mean it! Nothing fancy, just straight up more exercise, and better food! (I'm really excited about the better food part, haha)
